Making Sculpted Bar Stool in Marc Spagnuolo’s Shop

I visited Marc’s shop for several days and one the things we did was build a project in two days. Neither of us got our project totally done in that time but we came really close. I decided to make a bar stool and Marc built a new gate.

  1. Matt, wondering why you abandoned the Milwaukee cordless grinder for the freaky corded grinder in the stool seat sculpting? I need a new grinder and was considering cordless Milwaukee. Is it a power problem?

    1. I ended up using both so I could easily switch to the fine bur for clean up work. Power was alright. Definitely less than a corded grinder. I wouldn’t want to do any heavy steel grinding with it.
